Qualifications & Experience

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the State of California. I'll be here when you are ready

I would be most helpful to individuals who are ready to work on themselves and make changes.

If you value taking responsibility for your own actions, are interested in gaining insight, and are open to integrating new skills into your life, then you might be ready for therapy with me. This also holds true for couples working on transforming their troubling dynamics. My couples clients learn to understand relational patterns that may keep them stuck, manage heightened emotions and upsetting thoughts, learn communication and problem solving skills, and set healthy limits. Ultimately, I strive to empower you to build a healthier relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

If you think you might be ready and have considered the financial aspects, feel free to schedule a 15 minute consultation call.

Outside of my therapy practice, I volunteer with social justice causes, spend time with friends and family, and work on my creative projects.

Prior to my therapist days, I channeled my passion for environmental justice and community health working in the Public Health field.
